FNB housing finance upgrade caused a downgrade
On 13 June 2020 I received a letter stating that the will be a migration on housing finance. The subject of the letter was home loan system upgrade. Since then I haven't been able to transfer additional amount into my bond account and when I try contacting them via the app secure chat I am told that they don't have information about housing. When I call I hold until I run out of airtime. I am really frustrated
