FNB HOUSING FINANCE PATHETIC SERVICE AND *********** CONSULTANTS

FNB's online/email service is pathetic and their consultants are ***********. My bond is financed by FNB since 2015 but everytime I request for any service it is just a tedious exercise for them. I have requested a Monthly Statement on 05 September 2022 and I am still waiting.

I have also requested them both telephonically, through email and in person to update my personal details so that I can receive all information, since last year and despite assurance that they have updated, they still send to the old email address.

I cannot wait to shift my bond and take our Building Business Account else where.
