FNB Housing Finance
I paid R19K into my smart bond account over 15 days ago and the money still doesn't reflect in my account. I've called FNB twice since and I'm still not getting any joy. The last agent I spoke to atleast escalated the matter, but I'm yet to hear about the resolution especially cause I've already emailed my proof of payment twice to ***
I need FNB to contact me and tell me where is my money. Why is not in my account and hasn't been for the past 15 days? What is the current status on this and why is it taking this long to resolve? How soon can I see the money in my account? Home loans interest is calculated on a daily rate so I'll need FNB to recalculate my daily interest rate for those days as well.
