FNB Housing finance bond - PROPERTY SOLD BUT STILL REFLECTING UNDER MY NAME

<p>Good day</p> <p>I had a property that was sold last year 2015 and for some reasons its still appearing on my credit record as if i owe FNB R26000.00,i have requested a clearance/confirmation letter from FNB showing that it is fully paid and that i dont owe FNB anymore but till this date i havent received any feedback. This thing is affecting my credit record because wherever i try to get a credit it is declining because of this problem.</p> <p>ALL I REQUEST FROM FNB is to clear my name and send me a confirmation that i dont owe them anything anymore.</p> <p>Your correspondence will be highly appreciated.</p>
