Fnb Housing Finance are ******

FNB housing financing now is having problems in cencelling my bond as its fully paid, they keep on telling me that my signature has changed and in need to go to the branch to sign and i did that and they came back and told me that i need to go a create a signature card and i went to branch to that and they still came back and told me to go back again and create another signature card, how many signature cards i will need to create at a branch in order for you guys to cancel my bond and start the process of getting mt tille dead.
