FNB Housing Finance, AM I DEALING WITH PEOPLE OR MACHINES

I sent an email yesterday and called your call center ********** this morning.

I am extremely dissatisfied with FNB Housing Finance response to my request.

I truly and honestly do not agree to the reasons given to me for refusing to cancel the debit order on this bond account. My payment records shows I have never defaulted on this account.

As a consumer and a bank employee, there are grounds for me to make a manual payment option until the bond is settled in full.

I PAID THIS BOND MANUALLY BEFORE, WHAT STOPS ME FROM DOING IT THIS COMING MONTH???? WHY WAS I ALLOWED TO PAY MANUALLY BEFORE, AS I AM THE ONE WHO THEN AGAIN OPTED TO PAY BY DEBIT ORDER???

I SIMPLY DO NOT ACCEPT TO BE TOLD THAT THE “SYSTEM” WILL NOT ALLOW IT. I BELIEVE AS A CLIENT I AM DEALING WITH HUMAN BEINGS NOT MACHINES HERE AND THAT HUMANS MAKE DECISIONS NOT MACHINES.

IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE AND TREATMENT YOU GIVE YOUR CLIENTS, THEN SORRY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH AN INSTITUTE.

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED TO SAY THE LEAST.
