FNB Housing finance 3 weeks waiting

Hi<br> <br> Me and my fianc? is buying a place together.<br> <br> We have signed for an FNB housing finance, we have paid transfer fees 3-4 weeks ago.<br> <br> The authorities JVZA has sent in the forms to fnb and we have been waiting 3 weeks for approval from the bank to lodge..<br> <br> I have contacted FNB and according to them they have done their work. <br> <br> REF NR <br> J. Mazibuko<br> 14:49 27/08/2015<br> <br> Now im sitting in a situation where the person selling is very sick and about to pass away.. <br> <br> Still I have tried escalating FNB, im not getting through to them. <br> <br> I need help we need to get this place on my name.
