(FNB housing Finance)

I am extremely dissatisfied with FNB Housing Finance response to my request. I have been calling them since 27th of Jan 2020. I was under debt review and I have been removed from it and the only thing outstanding is a bond. I spoke to numerous consultants asking for assistance and still my problem is not resolved. Some people in that department tried to assist me with my issues (Wesley, Benjamin and Mavis) but you have some bad apples there like (Roseta Matlala), she was so quick to tell me that I’m giving her attitude because I was asking relevant questions. She is rude and unruly. I am so disappointed with the level of service at FNB Housing Finance. They still have to remove my profile from RISK 3, They still have to give me amount that is going to be debited month end, They still have to take my banking details, They still have to reduce my interest rate because I’m no longer a high risk. These 2 has the worse customer service ever ((Roseta Matlala and Mavis Booi). Not willing to help and a serious bad attitude towards customers.
