FNB housing finance

Good day<br> <br> I have app**** for housing finance and have received a quote however am unhappy about the interest rate I was given. When I called to negotiate for a better rate I was told that the rates are non negotiable. what is that? how can rates not be negotiable when you've been a loyal client for years. it seems the bank is not even willing to keep its clients happy. I am a very unhappy client right now.<br> <br>
