FNB HOUSING

I've been sending message to FNB housing to discuss my bond as I have difficulties with payments since January to be called in the evening as I cannot speak when I'm in the office, in any case they give a person an option of times to be called. I even sent a complaint and that's when I was contacted. The person who contacted me said there is no such thing as making arrangements, if you owe you must pay. I asked to speak to their ManagerBernice Rodgers. She sent me an e-mail saying she would call me 22/03/2018,she didn't.Instead sending me a message on the 23/03/2018 at 14:40 saying she was not at work on the day she was supposed to call me and she would call me on that day, of which I had already gone home. After that I never received any calls from anyone. Instead I received e-mails telling me that I'm owing R13000 but I know that I owe about R9000, on the very same e-mails I still requested to be called in the evening but nothing and asked for the breakdown of the R13000,nothing still. Now I'm receiving threatening e-mails that valuators will be sent to my house and my house will be repossessed. We are told that if we have problems with payments we should contact our banks and discuss with them but that is not the case with FNB. With them if you have problems we don't care we just want our money or we will repossess your house, nothing else. I am willing to take this up even if it means social media and news papers just to expose this.
