FNB Household insurance **** !

FNB short term insurance is a ****. All the staff are highly unprofessional and do not know what is going on. I had logged a claim for my geyser. It has been a week and no one seems to know what is going on. Numerous calls and lots of airtime wasted. Every call i make, they make you hold to follow up and come back with absolutely no feedback. Very poor unprofessional service.
