FNB Hospital Health Plan

Good Day Please can you help me I have a hospital health plan with FNB which I joined in December 2022. So it happened that on the 31st of March 2025 to 12 April 2025 I was admitted at Umhlanga Netcare hospital because of the lump on my right breast I did all the tests scans, x-ray and mmamogram unfortunately the results came back showing that I have breast cancer. I went for surgery all went well. FNB till today has not approved or said anything about my hospital daily payout it is now day 13 of waiting I have contacted their call center several times and sent them all the required documents but nothing is happening. Today I had to get out of bed and drive to the nearest branch to seek for answers but they only said they can only help with scanning the docs and resend the same thing that I did and I'm still waiting for the even now they is no communication. I am so disspointed and angry because I have not even missed a month in paying my policy since I joined it. Please I need assistance urgently.
