FNB HORROR

On the 4th of March 2024 at 8pm, at Diepkloof square in Diepkloof Soweto.

I was depositing money and money got stuck in the shutter due to loadshedding and a amount of R3000 was pulled by the machine.

The following day on the 5th of March 2024, I went to the branch at Diepkloof Square and was made to fill in a form and received a reference number . And was not contacted till I recently returned to the branch where I was told my case has been closed.

I have called the FNB *****line countless times only to be told it will be sorted in branch. The level of ignorance and lack of interest leaves me to wonder the banks we leaving our money in....

Reference number of ATM dispute is ***8. I will say there is one gentleman who was extremely helpful and his name was Duncan Gates in the debit order department
