FNB Horrific Customer service- Unprofessional, Not Knowledgeable- Frustrating

Extremely unprofessional horrific service, being taken from pillar to post to obtain the a paid up letter for an account that was paid off 3yrs ago. I have weeks on end calling FNB to obtain a paid up letter for a credit card that was paid off in 2019. I am unable to apply for any finance without showing proof of the account been paid off. The account in questions is ***. This was settled through the attorneys because it was handed over.
