Fnb horrible unhelpful

Wow a customer for more then 6 years getting treated this horribly i by accident opened 2 globle accounts and wanted to close it go to the branch no one can help even the call center can't and now the 2 accounts have fees added fnb you can't expect me to pay the fees when I'm trying to close the 2 globle accounts and you guys are unhelpful I'm a premier banking holder and this is how bad I'm being treated I refuse to pay that banking fees and I want that 2 globle accounts closed or else I'm changing banks the 2 accounts were opened 2 days ago by accident and when trying to close it no one could help even when I called in visited a branch same problem this is unacceptable fnb if you wanna call me im available anytime after 10am make this right fnb
