FNB - HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE SERVICE

Private clients secure chat is absolutely pathetic. They closed my one account that funds in, without transferring the funds to my new account, now that money is just missing.

When speaking the Esmerelda, I was being told the same thing over and over, my query was not answered. I asked her for my transactions and balance, instead she tells me to refer to my balance, that's not what I was asking.

These funds was added to my owing balance instead of being credited, now those funds are gone. I must pay for money I didn't use.

Esmerelda closed the chat without assisting me with my query, then I get transferred to another consultant, named Mosa, who then disconnects me without evening asking me how they can assist.

I then got to Shale, who states that they are reading the chat history to assist me, then the chat gets closed due to no response from me, but I was awaiting feedback.

I then go through to Nthabiseng, who tells me that the info was given to me, which is the info that I didn't request as my initial request was actioned.

@FNB, go through my chat and tell me whether this is the type of service FNB should be providing to its clients?
