FNB horrible service, would not recommend to anyone

Poor service received from consultants from FNB is extreme understatement. from being promised that issue will be solved in 48hrs, for an issue submitted on 2 June, now 12 June, the issue still has not been sorted out. I requested someone to call me and explain what is happening with query, and not 1 single person bothered themselves.

I am so frustrated, and I desperately need these funds, but FNB cannot be bothered
