FNB horrible Service (Ungrateful Bank)

I've been using FNB for the past 20 years, while I was still a student. The service has been good. My salary is paid to this account since I started working 18 years ago. I have a credit card, revolving loan, personal loan and a home loan financed by FNB. I just did an application for a car and I was expecting to get the best rate from my bank but to my surprise Wesbank approved my application with a rate of 13.5 while MFC is offering 12.2. I was expecting to get the best offer from FNB as I've been a loyal client to them for decades. The dealer tried to negotiate with them but they're refusing. I've been loyal to this bank, I refused lot of offers from other banks before to move my salary but I rejected them because I always wanted to stay with FNB. After this treatment I've to think twice.
