FNB horrible service

FNB is hopeless honestly, I took a life cover in 2020 and I have been doing my annual tests as required by the policy, every year they send their nurse to do the test and the nurse reports back to them with the results, but today I receive an SMS stating that my life cover has been canceled effective April 2021, only today end if 2022 they send a message about a policy that was canceled in 2021, the whole year I am under the impression that I was covered. When I called them today to understand why it was canceled and why am I only advised now, the agent told me because they do not have my medical results when every year they send their own nurse to do the medical exam and the nurse reports back to them and no one has ever come back to me tell me they don't receive the medical results from their own nurse, this is pathetic honestly, for a year I didn't have a life cover thinking I'm covered. Incompetence.
