FNB HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 28/05/2025 I USED ATM at wonderpark for deposit , i deposited the money but transaction cancelled and restarted the machine without returning my money. i then communicated with fnb on fnb chat and they sent me a dispute form to fill i did, and nothing happenend after then, on 30/05/2025 i complained with complains and wondepark called me to the details of the atm and the deposit slip, after i received an sms that my money will be deposited on my acccout within 24hrs,, to date i have not received anything... Horrible experience with cash one needs to use. I will not advise anyone to use FNB atm's for deposits
