FNB - HORRIBLE SERVICE

FNB Mall of the South - BY FAR THE WORST BRANCH!!!! I have been waiting for 7 days for a banks card today I got an SMS to collect my new debit card and had to wait for 1hr 38min just for that because they only have 2 people working at the tellers in the bank some people have been waiting for over 2 hours - the lady at the front "helping" customers has a very bad attitude as well. This experience has completely convinced me to switch banks. I'm horrified at this. I thought banking was meant to be easy??????
