FNB - Horrible *********** organisation

FNB is the most *********** organisation ive ever had to deal with. Why I would bother giving them another shot is beyond me.

I previously opened an account with this pathetic organisation, at which time they sent me multiple cards, cancelled cards in the process, then cancelled my active card, then called me to teh branch to resolve, only to start cancelling multiple cards again.

This time, I open a personal account, and since opening, the account is essentially useless as FNB instructs you to follow their steps to verify an account, but the options they claim that you should follow dont exist, so you're unable to verify your device, then these bright sparks tell you they can only assist you if you verify the device, then they say they cant pick up your profile...I can go on, but in a nutshell, this is a completely *********** group of people that have no idea what they are doing and provide false guidance to clients then close calls without resolving...

You guys are truly pathetic, you should exit the Financial services arena and go into politics instead

And all of this because I wanted to switch my salary account...WOW
