Fnb horrible horrible service.

I had a financial crisis which affect me to keep my fnb account up to date. I was then handed over to TS legal. I maged to get cash and I sent an email to Banale Sibisi who was handling my account at TS legal on the 8 June 2023. I requested the settlement letter, as i was offered 20 % discount. She then sent me an email with the total balance later on, I received a call from this other agency. Apparently FNb has handed me over to another third party 3 days after I got the total balance from Ts legal I thought I was deling with Ts legal. No communication was sent to me informing me that Ts legal is not longer handling my account. I. Have tried to contact fnb directly but I was sent from pillar to post. I would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible and I had already dealt with TS legal where they offered me discount. But now I get calls every day from different consultants where I need to keep on explaing my self. Which is very annoying(Brookslyt). I have forwarded all emails to them as requested and still I'm not getting any joy . Can I please get someone higher to contact me. I have been a good client for Fnb but now because I was down and out this is how they treat me. I want to settle this account the we can cut tier for good
