FNB ********** Services

On the 26th of July 2021 I complained on Hello Peter regarding the pathetic non-existant service with regard to FNB. I received an e-mail from Noni Shikwambana stating that my cheque account was successfully linked to my credit cards and that I should be able to withdraw from my cheque account using my credit card at an FNB ATM. I am horrified to say that both my credit cards cannot tap, swipe or be use the ATM at all. My husband was left totally embarrassed and disgusted at building express, when he could not pay for his purchases, as when he tried to tap or swipe the credit card, it says card not allowed. I have tried both cards at various stores with no success and at the FNB ATM machines which just spits my credit cards out.
