FNB ********** Service
I have just got the worst experience with FNB in Site B Khayelitsha (Nonkqubela link). As I was minding my own business and going about my grocery shopping I was stopped by a sales rep who offered a FREE SIM card with minutes and data and calls. I was advised that the plan I am in is basically the same and that I should be getting a free plan. This did not sit well with me as I have been paying for this service and only to find that I can have it for free? I was laughed at and made feel so stupid. I spoke to the sales rep who referred me to an onsite manager for some sort of resolution. I got to him and he didn't have a clue of what I was talking about. He then referred me to another sales rep who would be able to give me a breakdown of the T's and C's. I was referred to a guy who was very abrupt and seemed standoffish and he kept on laughing at me and at the way I pronounced words. his colleague who kept on laughing at the way I pronounced words and from what I could gather they were laughing at my flamboyant mannerisms. I felt so small as the other customers who stood by and were onlookers. I was made to feel like a fool and the consultant volunteered to answer a call handed by another equally amused colleague. They both chuckled at this. They gave me a number for customer service and I explained that I have called the customer service number numerous times and I had been hung up on. This was also very amusing to the other customer sales representatives. The manager no less felt like he could not deal with this situation as he blatantly said to me that he didn't know what was going on. The most appalling service in my history of customer service in this country. This happened today at Nonkqubela link. I am very upset and humiliated
