FNB ********** Service !!

Where do I begin? I app**** about 6 months ago for an online banking profile to link my profile to PayPal. However, after waiting for so long and calling consistently I still have not been assisted or heard back from anyone. 6 months? I am very disappointed by this service. I wish there was another platform that worked with PayPal enquires because this is outrageous. One star is even too much.
