FNB - ********** (non) service!!

I have logged many complaints regarding my paid up loan, I get responses with elaborate apologies and promises, BUT IT STILL NOT RESOLVED! Logan, Bonisile and the latest Nozipho Thwala, all promises no follow through. Nozipho is not responding to the email that she asked me to send, I honestly just dont know what to do any more. The service is absolutely shocking!!!!
