Fnb ********** customer service

I deposited money this morning at randpark ridge mall the ATM took my money after transaction was canceled I need my money back today not in three days time. Non of the staff can help as for phoning you get nowhere. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. Now because of this I am losing a client.
