FNB Horizon View Shopping Centre

I ordered my business debid card more than 2 weeks ago. They said it would be delivered in 4-5 working days. Today I got a message to collect the card at the bank. I have been on the phone for more than an hour now and spoke to a very rude Abesia Mashele, Isiah, Lebo and Lameez to get information regarding the delivery of my card and am still on hold to find out why the card has not been delivered. This is the most useless bank I have every had to deal with. No wonder every one I know is transferring to Merchantile bank
