FNB Horizon

I'm unhappy with the FNB horizon investment account and would like to close it. I had just recently complained to FNB a few days ago regarding disinvesting from my account. Yesterday I had a similar problem, I thought if i give their system 24 hours hopefully it would be working today, but i have the same problem, Im trying to withdraw and the system says i dont have funds available.

One of my distant relative has a funeral and is in need of financial assistance so this means the only way I will be able to withdraw the funds is when FNB decides to have a date as to when their system will be fixed.

This is such an embarrassment, and i had recently thought I could depend of this account should i have a crisis. I mean i can understand if a system is not working for one day but two days is such an inconvenience.

Dear FNB. I received a call today from one of your consultants saying they are aware of the issue. It has been 3 days since the system has not been working. Guys im talking about about a funeral here we need to bury someone here who is a close relative on Sunday 15 December in Limpopo, I seriously need that money i saved so that I can attend the family funeral. Please even if you can issue a loan and use my funds as security. I please beg for my money that i saved for times like these, please like i said the funeral is on Friday, please escalate to the correct department I beg for you to assist me plz plz plz. What issue is this that is beyond FNB's control.
