Why does it always seem like I have problems withdrawing form my unit trust. Its so annoying reporting people on Hellopeter but im afraid this is quit urgent for me, and i need urgent feedback.

Last week I placed a notice to withdraw and i received the funds, today i placed a notice because i have to fly to Cape Town on Wednesday, I am told that I have a pending withdrawal which is false because i received the funds last week 28-11-19.

PleaSE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME AND INFORM ME THAT MY DISINVESTMENT HAS BEEN PLACED BECAUSE THE ONLINE BANKING DOES NOT ALLOW ME ACCESS TO WITHDRAW ANYMORE. I have called numerous times and people keep telling me they will call.
