FNB - HOPELESS & USELESS

FNB *** My saving account is on hold since September and these fnb idiots are asking me why funds were paid into my account instead of asking the person that deposited the funds. They have been investigating since September 2023 but no feedback or any information has been received. fnb is very quick to move money to these online companies, mainly in Cyprus to **** people. The fnb staff work very closely with the online companies. They don't investigate these online companies when clients complain because they work hand in glove with these online companies. FNB response time is so poor due to the *********** workforce they employ. From the Board of Directors , CEO & all the sweepers, this bank is absolutely hopeless & useless. Employing any street sweeper just to fill in the BBBEE numbers is what this bank is good for. There is absolutely no service from fnb as compared to the BARCLAYS BANK days. fnb does not even deserve the one star rating.
