FNB Hopeless Service

I am now all of a sudden,not allowed by FNB to transact on my Business Account and credit card after 15 years of doing it. i have R15000 available on my credit card, but are not allowed to transfer R 1 000 to my cheque account ! Everyone at the bank tells you a different story. Very unhelpfull at Menlyn Main branch in Pretoria. Went there spent 2 hours, a week ago - still not resolved. Sent e mails, spent a lot of time on calls from one department to the next. UTTERLY FRUSTRATING !!
