FNB Honour fee being taken when sufficent funds in the account

i am really mad at FNB, on the 25th of each month, I have debit orders that run, I transferred sufficient funds on the 25th to my current account from my savings pocket for these transactions and FNB debited my account with R575, this is absolutely ridiculous, please investigate and reverse these fees, if this cannot be done, rest assured I will close my account with FNB. Also I am tired of you not deducting the pre-auths when purchasing goods and then you debit the account 3 days later, I would expect my bank balance to be accurate at any given time otherwise I would just keep all my money under a mattress.
