FNB honoring transactions at R180 per transaction on behalf of clients because merchants banks money late.
I am very disappointed with FNB, I am not sure if people have noticed that FNB is ripping its clients off by charging us R180 per transaction they honored on one's behalf due to "insufficient funds" which is nonsensical because whenever one makes a transaction the card would decline if one has insufficient funds on their account, this was introduced last year late, only noticed in October that I have been paying over R300 on bank fees due to this.
honestly speaking FNB needs to work on this, clients should not be panelized of what merchants do as clients we got nothing to do with it.
as an FNB client, should I not get all my refunds I am parting ways with FNB. there's no way I can stay with a bank that is trying to rip people off.
