FNB Homeloans - zero after sales service

FNB Homeloans is absolutely pathetic at record keeping. I have been asking for the past 3yrs for them to update my email address so that they can send me my correspondence regarding my home loan but they seem perfectly happy to keep emailing another person who has to forward me my emails about my home loan. Why is it so difficult for them to do basic tasks and where did they get they email address from that they keep emailing? Why are they emailing the wrong email address?
