FNB HomeLoans you are the WORST

FNB HomeLoans this is the WORST experience EVER and what tops it off is that this is not the FIRST time you do this to the SAME client, A Platinum Client for what NO Benefits No ASSISTANCE. The poor agents don't know what to say to me as they don't know what to do.

I sent through an application to HLapps @fnb.co.za on Monday at 3pm including supporting docs, by Wednesday I don't hear anything back I check on my application as I know this happened to me once before. To my surprise no application received, I resend the application to Lihle at *** he confirms that he has escalated the application, I ask him to let a Team Leader call me and explain why my application since Monday has not been received. NO ONE CALLED. today 7/3/25 I check up again on my application Guess What NO APPLICATION ON THE SYSTEM. Waiting 5 days for FB HL to add my application to their systems in order for me to have access to the credit balance on my Bond. This is PATHETIC service,
