FNB HOMELOANS WONT RELEASE MY FUNDS

I recently had an urgent need for funds for my business so I approached FNB Homeloans for an advance as i have paid up at least 76 percent on my principal ammount for my homeloan.Upon making an application i was sent from pillar to post and 2weeks later im on the verge of losing out a severely discounted equipment that my business urgently needs.The worst thing is both my cheaque and business account are with FNB and i find it unreasobale to request a whole bunch of documents and still fail to finalize an urgent application upto to 2 weeks?How is that for supporting small businesses and clients in good financial standing ?Is there urgency in dealing with high priority requests?
