FNB Homeloans, What a service Joke!!!

My home loan was cancelled on 6 Nov 2014. A policy of mine was ceded as security on the bond. After MANY e-mails and even a visit to the Centurion business branch just to get the policy document , I have received nothing!!! I have confirmation that the policy department received my correspondence but so what???Lots of excuses and stupid e-mails from faceless people. <br> <br> I will never recommend anyone to have anything to do with FNB Home loans. This while I still believe this to be the best bank. I hate it when a person at FNB refers me to the Home loan dept. Not even the branches are allowed to intervene? It is the client against the bureaucracy of FNB Home Loans. Can this be true???<br> <br> Is there anyone at FNB that can solve this problem and just get my policy back!!
