FNB Homeloans - Very Poor Service

Very dissappointed by the service from FNB, from my private banker (Sive Mrwetyana) not replying to my emails, to not returning my calls and then she's out of office. I have three queries that have not been resolved yet and is still up in the air, most importantly my request on my homeloan - I've been assisted by a different private banker (Thapelo Tsheole) regarding a request on my current private clients homeloan, He had submitted by request forms last Tuesday and up until now theres no response from FNB Homeloans, no response on the secure chat when I'm directed to homeloans, no answer to any calls since last week by the homeloans dept and Thapelo has no feedback either. WHAT DO I DO? this is very poor service from FNB, I have no answers to the above request and other queries of mine.
