FNB HOMELOANS USELESS SERVICE & NO CUSTOMER CARE

I app**** in August for my excess bond to be released to find that FNB Homeloans has me on debt review, I had to send them all types of documents which I did to prove I am not on debt review, was told in November that I would be Contacted in the following week to which no contact. My house has collapsed and I need to jack my house up and Outsurance wont process the claim so I have to do it myself so I app**** for my excess bond and still to this day have had no positive or no feed back. I have sent numerous emails and still have not been contacted. FNB obviously do not want my business will have to move my bond to a Bank that does want my business
