FNB Homeloans useless

<p>Just contacted Fnb homeloans, I have a 2 bonds with them, 1 being a private wealth bond, spoke to a lady by the name of Celeste. I called in to get some info and clarity on rescheduling an old bond. This consultant knew nothing and put me on hold for 2 mins, came back and said shes not fami**** with the new rules. I then asked for a supervisor, put on hold again only to tell me her supervisor is busy on another call, that she take down my details and wait for the supervisor to finish her call and then speak to me. I have the resheduling forms to send through, ask for assistance and this the type of *********** 12 minutes calls I have to deal with Fnb. Why do they consultants who are not fami**** with their products? This lady tells me shes not certain, send the forms through and see what happens! Yes! Thats the type of service one should expect from the homeloan department.</p>
