FNB Homeloans useless

I can never get through to FNB Homeloans. If I do get through by some miracle, I get transferred from pillar to post and then get disconnected. When I do get a hold of someone they put me on hold for hours at a time. They do not reapond to e mails. I have no joy in my matter being tended to. Very bad service from FnB homeloans.
