FNB homeloans un-contactable. No replies to emails as well

FNB homeloans is impossible to reach by either phone or email. I sent emails 8 days ago asking them to contact me and have tried the call center 4 times. The call center keeps ringing and ringing. Is FNB failing? Should we move our bonds?
