FNB HOMELOANS RELUCTANCE TO ASSIST CUSTOMER TO GET OUT OF DEBT COUNSELLING TO REDUCE MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO MARKET RELATED RATES

Since we are all aware of the enormous affect that Covid had on most individuals finances, we manage to cope during the lock down paying all our creditors for the past 3 and half years after loosing my business and was forced to make use of debt counselling. I've paid up all creditor and now only have my home loan One Account left. Because I cannot afford the monthly payment of R21000 per month the Debt Counselling told me to contact FNB and ask them to give me a letter and if necessary negotiate new terms. I've contacted Laura de Sousa and she immediately cc Alan Pearson an K Bruchausen in emails requesting their assistance to help me obtain a letter to Hyphen Debt Counselors to cancel Debt Counselling Order on 31 July 2020

No feedback was received and I've inquired again on 6 August 2020 thereafter LA Laura again request feedback from Mr Pearson and/or Bruchausen. No feedback was received an another inquiry was done on the 13th of August 202 where Laura requested yet again assistance regarding this matter.

Up to date it seems that neither of the members cc in the emails are interested in assisting a customer to relieve the financial strain to pay their monthly accounts. At this stage my monthly payment on my One Account is R20872.66 I had to close down my workplace due to the lock down and it would be appreciated if I could get the necessary assistance to only pay the required monthly installment that is due under normal circumstances
