FNB Homeloans - Potential Data Leak

Dear FNB Homeloans, I've paid off my homeloan a long time ago. Just because you guys made a mistake debiting my order incorrectly does not mean I want to be constantly harassed by you lot. Please note: I WILL KEEP MY HOMELOAN ACCOUNT OPEN AS I HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS.

That's the first issue, the more important issue I have with FNB is the fact that my previous tenant was phoned and harassed for information about me regarding my homeloan. Curious that this was not the case up until I made a fuss about you guys not debiting my account correctly.

So here is the golden question: Did you guys call my previous tenant? Where did you get that information from? And if it wasn't you, did FNB or Hellopeter leak or sell that type of information?

It sounds like it might be time we all move over to another bank whilst FNB decides whether or not they actually want customers...
