FNB homeloans poor service on application

I app**** for a building loan on a property that is already bonded with FNB. On 21 June 2015 I was notified that they had received the documentation and it would take 4-5 days for approved results. I was notified on 29 June 2015 that my application had been recommended for approval and had been sent to the head of credit for sign off. I have followed up every two or so days with the FNB sales specialist who follows up with FNB homeloans and get no feedback from them. I am finding this exceptionally frustrating and unacceptable service from a division of a company that I am usually impressed with their service.
