FNB Homeloans Poor service

I accepted a Homeloan offer by FNB and they choose DELBERG Attorneys as my bond transfer and registration. The process started since August 2024 to date January 2025 and process still not completed. FNB is not helping me with anything and they telling me that I can't even cancel the sale without me paying the Attorneys that are failing me. Their (FNB)complaints department told me to go seek legal assistance and take it up with the seller. The same seller which thier Attorneys DELBERG says they can't get seller to sign the Bond documents over a month and are half now. They telling me that I can't look for another property but to wait complain to no man's land.

I so disappointed with FNB they not even living to their slogan "How can we help you" Now it's "How can we make your life hell" in 6 months while trying to buy your 1st property. Guys always buy a New development property and take offers from other banks. Their rates might be higher but not this nonsense *** service you'll experience with DELBERG and FNB.

I even regret why I accepted FNB offer on this sale. I even had to open a transactional account to qualify for that reduction in repo rate. I think we must work with other banks because they an offer better loans.
