FNB Homeloans POOR service.

I've been trying for one full business week (Monday to Friday) to get a hold of FNB Home loans. The operator gives you and option for them to call you back, but to no avail. Its pathetic service to say the least. I need to discuss personal matters asap. NOT the kind of service you expect from FNB, maybe everyone that is leaving them are right. Seriously considering moving all investments away from them.
