FNB homeloans - poor customer service

FNB homeloans failed to cancel my Outsurance policy and continue to bill my account.

I have provided the proof of the replacement policy and received a single email in which they apologize but that was the last I heard and they fail to respond to my email.

I emailed Outsurance the cancellation request but that has also fallen on deaf ears.

This results in me paying for two policies each month.
